IDEATOR Competition
The IDEATOR competition represents a new platform for inspiring, developing, and showcasing a team-based approach to health innovation and entrepreneurialism. This Innovation pillar competition is a program that puts handpicked, multi-disciplinary leaders and innovators from University Hospitals and Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) into an intensive 2-phase competition to conceive, refine, and ultimately pitch a new company to a panel of judges for the chance to win funding and intensive on-going coaching services from a variety of innovation subject matter experts and partners. The IDEATOR aims to focus on the multi-factorial health challenges that are impacting Northeast Ohio. Themes include maternal and infant mortality, workforce shortages, hypertension, caregiver safety, gun violence, and more.
