Scientific Collaboration Accelerates the Rate of Transformative Discoveries
University Hospitals and NEOMED are part of the Clinical and Translational Science Collaborative (CTSC) of Northern Ohio, an initiative funded by the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, part of the National Institutes of Health. Led by Case Western Reserve University, the CTSC aims to accelerate the transfer of scientific discoveries from research laboratories and clinical trials into effective treatments and patient interventions. The expansive, multi-institutional effort works to streamline the clinical research process and train the next generation of clinical and translational researchers.
